Manly Sailing Club was the host for this year's 9th NZ Weta National Championships. 32 sailors came to race at WetaFest to prepare for the World Masters Games being held April 21-30.February 07th, 2017
The trip took exactly 10 hours, maybe a 10-15 knot NE would be a more consistent direction. It was a bit touch and go around Hooks Bay with almost nil wind. Anyway, lots of fun chasing down the big boats all day and learnt a bit more.November 30th, 2016

It was great to have NZ Para-Sailors Chris Sharp and Andrew May making their debut into Weta fleet racing. The conditions were just superb with a gusty 12-18 knots which was both challenging and tactical.November 02nd, 2016
