Tremendous gusts today, although mostly flat water. Minor whitecaps. Nearly pitch-poled a couple times, but managed to recover with no harm done. Lots of fun.

How often can you get training from a 60+ time World Champion, former Olympic medalist, an America's Cup multihull winner and Sailing Hall of Fame member? Today was the day for 24 Weta sailors that attended the Randy Smyth "Go Fast" seminar at WetaFest.

Wednesday Night Fun Race was FUN! John (aka Superman) flew, and I think won for the second year in a row. They were so far ahead though, it may have been Linda showing why she was first to finish singlehanded in the WaterTribe Challenge. . .

A LONG WEEKEND OF CAMPING AND WETA SAILING AT THE LAKE. TEMPS WERE IN THE 80S EVERY DAY!This was such a mellow, casual weekend away from the ol' grind. Great fun. We will do it again next year, for sure!
